Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee up to 50% of your total booked services. No-shows may be charged in full.
Service Policy: Due to the time, product, and customization involved in services, refunds are not offered. If you experience an issue with your service, please contact me within 48 hours so I can assess and make any necessary adjustments.
Late policy: If you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment, a fee of $20 will occur and your appointment may have to be rescheduled. Due to the fact, I have a full books and a closing time to accommodate.
